For those interested in nutrition

This purée, which is not completely smooth due to the rice and minced steak, allows babies to discover new textures and start to enjoy food that has a slightly different consistency. The colour, which is orangey due to the pumpkin, is appetising.Generally, babies, just as adults, notice the colour and are more easily tempted by yellow, orange or white colours rather than green.

The minced steak, which can be beef or veal, provides a little iron, necessary for the baby to produce red blood cells.  If you are pregnant or if you need iron, you can prepare for yourself a whole minced steak accompanied by the same purée.
