Place the polenta in the rice cooker with 45 ml of water.
Pour water into the tank (level 3) and start cooking.
Remove the broccoli bouquets, don’t leave too much of the stem.
Soak a few minutes in water and vinegar.
Cut the florets into four.
Cut the ground meat into small pieces.
Place meat and broccoli in the steamer basket.
Pour water into the tank (level 3) and start cooking.
Place all cooked foods in the blender with the olive oil. Mix by adding some of the cooking liquid until the desired consistency.
Chef’s tip
The minced meat can be beef, or leftover meat cooked previously for adults or other children.
For the nutrition conscious
The slightly sweet flavour of polenta softens the sharp taste of broccoli. However, some children are more sensitive than others to any kind of cabbage and may have trouble with preparations which contain them. In this case, include more polenta and less broccoli and gradually increase the amount of broccoli.
