Wash and peel the pumpkin and potatoes.
Cut into small 1cm cubes after removing the seeds from the pumpkin.
Also cut the cod into 1cm cubes.
Pour water into the tank (level 3).
Put vegetables and fish in the steamer basket and start the cooking process.
Blend adding 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 soup spoon (or more) of cooking liquid to obtained the desired consistency.

Cod is a winter fish so it is the right moment to eat it.It is lean and therefore provides infants with not much fat. But they need this, notably for brain development. This is why a teaspoon of oil is added to the preparation.
As your child grows you should increase the quantity of fish in this dish to better meet his needs.
